You had two high caloric days in a row. You can have that off in a couple of days. No biggie.

Don't sweat it, it's not a big deal (so much easier to say to someone else than believe it myself). You didn't even do that bad the last few days so just keep focused, stay on track and you will continue that downward trend. Make sure you are drinking a ton of water (you had a lot of sodium the last few days) so you probably only have water gain, not weight gain. You are doing great, so just keep it up.
