From Portland Oregon, lots of city parks to hike but the weather has been brutal! Hot or hazy, I have had to stay indoors to do my work outs and extending my walks is restricted to wait until fall! I love the northwest and I will conquer the weight issue, it has been a very slow but steady progress 1-3 lbs a week staying off and clothes were falling off so just had to go buy new ones (oh darn!), They should be good for at least the next 20lbs which comes Christmas at my rate. Went from size 22 down to 16 in 6 months, not too shabby.. goal is size 10, I tend to feel my best and not deprived at that weight and then to keep it off this time once and for all is the life goal no matter what else happens... Nice to meet you all!
