Been this weight for a really long time. I haven't put the amount of effort in as I could have but at least I have been consistent and haven't gained so that's a positive thing. Just haven't been motivated the last month. I really need to make a quick turnaround because just little over a month then I'm going away on my trip. I'd really like to look and feel good. I know I won't be able to shake the weight to reach my goal wieght in time and I'm not going to do anything drastic either. Just want to make really good positive changes the type of changes that stay for life.
