180811: Glucose = 113, weight = 195.2, sleep= 7:26 & fair, 2.86 mi. Dribble walk yesterday; (1.74 mi., previous day ( 75% gain prox?)), 1/2 scoop keto drive yesterday, big poop yesterday, gut was busy with that, so I fed it well😎.

The dribblewalk yesterday evening was great! Prior to the venture out, I did sativa to happiness, 2 coffees & H2O. Able to get into cognitive flow. Significant lefty abilities gains: overhead arc passes and even 1/1 on hook shot!!. Grip improvement.. strength, pick up ball 1 handed from floor level ... First! ...many other firsts. Energy level high until after I finished. Much better and longer than previous day.
Today, pain only 5/10, and reducing with am activity, so very positive. BHB????

1 scoop keto drive + sativa (jack’s Cleaner), coffee, 1hr ago. Feeling motivated to complete studio . Woodworking motivation. So many demolitions and new construction provides additional free or low cost building materials. The old construction lumber appears to be beautiful source interior furniture materials. I’ll make my own studio cabinetry and furniture, got a garage workspace, and plenty of time. Need to acquire table saw, Japanese saw , so Anawalt Lumber today. Adventure16 too!
