A little bummed today. I followed the diet well yesterday, and even did a lot of workout....but didn't lose an ounce.....

I was kinda hoping I would lose something since I do feel like I have lost something....

Odd.

You can lose fat and not have it show up on the scale. Sometimes people's weight stays the same, but they go down in clothing sizes. Just keep going and it will show one way or the other. Good luck!
