So I went on holiday and managed to be quite active and not be too bad with food.

I'm now back on track and aiming to get rid of those last two pounds.

I am Maggie from Canada, just came back from long weekend and did gain 3.It is last long weekend of summer here, so went out and bought all fresh veggies and fruit today so I am stocked with right foods. I am 62 178. I run, in last year and 1/2 have done 6 half marathons. I am doing one end on September in Corning new york the Wineglass marathon so need to start getting weight down a bit, and food on track.

Gee a rambled on. I am 62 weight 178.Looking to start with 15 lb. I have done weight watchers in past, however I am hoping the tools of fatsecret will help. I am getting another food menu book. I also have a subscription to the U.K Weightwatchers magazine, for some reason I like it better than the Canadian issue.
