you've really come a long way in the short time we've been buddies! 

thanks cndylynn....i know this program i am on..is extreme...so i was worried that i could lose alot but then gain it back and some...after the euphoria lifted...so i am committed to one year of maintenance once the weight it off....hoping i can do it! your chart is pretty smashing too...wow!! 

thanks, lisa :) my chart has been bumpy this past week but I am getting back on track now. do you know my fs buddy 'information'? he's already in his goal weight range but is using fs to maintain. good for you for being on top of that issue!
