So I weighed in. Not down a whole lb since my last weigh-in. Granted I've been weighing myself everyday so in actuality I had gone down 2lbs, but gained 1 back yesterday. I'm having a bad day & seeing that really didn't help. Why don't they have places to go where you pay a fee, go in w/ a bat or whatever, and just beat the hell out of glass & furniture & stuff?? I just want to beat something right now & scream! I'd feel so much better!

Don't worry about losing so fast. If you take it off too quickly, it will come back quickly too. You sound like you're maybe having a little low blood sugar (hyperness!). You might be cutting back too much on calories. Try increasing calories from protein, and eat the whole egg next time.

Today's meals aren't entered completely but I usually strive for 90+ grams of protein/day. I'm just not having a good day, alot of crap happened before I even weighed myself, so it was just the icing on the cake. I'm more mad about going up a lb since yesterday. It took me nearly 6 months just to break through 245. That's my lifetime plateau weight & I knew it was going to be a struggle but I didn't realize it was going to be as hard as it was. So now I just want to get as far away from 245 as I can, as quickly as I can, so that I don't bounce back up over it. That number is like a crocodile nipping at my heels & I need to get away from it. = )
