1. Do a minimum 30 mins cardio per day every day Get moving - every day this week, do at least 30 mins cardio, walk, run, swim - anything that get's you slightly sweaty and gets your heart racing. If you can do more than 30 mins, go for more.
I passed! I am getting into a rythm I can sustain doing cardio workouts 5-6 days a week. For the coming week I will look more into what I am eating and have specific target.
