.6 lb lost. Not as much as one hopes for but going in the right direction nonetheless.
This morning I hit the exercycle for 45 minutes keeping above 13mph for the next level of FS "biking". It is much easier to do that watching tv on my computer (today CSI Miami) than playing WoW or web surfing. I tend not to peddle as fast when I'm typing. But hey, I'm peddling and that is not something I'm going to beat myself up about. I love, love having my own exercycle and not having to belong to a gym.
