Couldn't resist to weigh myself the next day as I ate very reasonable and good yesterday and it's one more day passed after a long-haul flight. It's -0.3 kg/-0.6 lbs! So it looks like my body did have water retention during the flight. Now, continuing to eat food that is good for my body 😃
