Weight coming down a bit from indulgence high. Yesterday wasn’t a great food day either – it was a rather high-stress, crazy, but rewarding day at work with lots of easy access to food. I decided to get some healthy snacks (nuts, jerky, fruit, etc) in addition to the high starch & sugar standbys. May have been a bit of a mistake on my part because it gave me permission to have some – and without my usual careful portion control I had more than I should have.
Today will be another busy day today. My mother-in-law arrived in town last night (for a month) and I have a few things we need to do around the house. We then have a friend’s birthday party in the afternoon and a wedding reception in the afternoon.
