Way up after a (planned) cheat day yesterday. I went to a Spanish Tapas restaurant with friends for dinner and indulged in some treats I have not had in a long time – bread, potatoes, tequila, gelato, etc. Felt pretty bad afterwards – but it was a good time with friends.
