After four weeks back up a bit. Not too surprising. I expect some fluctuation. However, I note that my belt is now at the fourth hole rather than the third, so I am still adjusting. I wish I could figure it out.

You are doing great at maintaining and you are right you will fluctuate a lot. I have stopped trying to figure it out. Perhaps you are a bit bloated as far as the belt buckle goes.

You will buddy..I wouldn't worry too much..as I know you won't gain all the weight back..wow 175 is an awesome number...:O)

You're doing totally amazing.. I think everyone fluctuates over their lifetime, it just takes some monitoring of your weight, and the knowledge of the required adjustments to get you back where you want to be! You are awesome!!
