Ok, Ive been to this point a couple of times before. A good stretch with good weight loss (usually 3 months)and then I do poorly for a week, then two, then three, then give up. Then three months later I am upset with myself having gained everything I lost ... then trying to jump start a diet again for a year or so.

Since I've been here before, I know what I have to do different.
