Giving it a go with a two month VLCD. So far so good, and staying hydrated. It's not easy, but it's productive and I'd tried everything else.

You and I seem to be in the same boat in that we yoyo a bit in our efforts. I managed to lose an unprecedented amount of weight after my son was born in October, but the scale is creeping again and it's opened my eyes to the fact that I need to be more mindful of my intake. I have the benefit of breastfeeding to burn some extra calories right now, but in a few months when that's over, I need a good lifestyle in place to keep me from spiraling out of control. It's a lifestyle and as long as you keep trying, you're still doing pretty well.
