back from trip..and weighed in at same weight but then this am..showed i was half a pound down! i thought id lose while i was away...i stuck to plan 90 percent of tme...had two glasses of wine during week....and ate very healthy...so i am perplexed....plus i was very active..moreso than at home...so go figure..trying not to get down on myself....it was a womderful holiday and i have no regrets!
