Last weight should have been entered as 286 lbs. I plateaued at this weight since then. On May27 I started a military diet. It worked!! My weigh-in this AM was 183 lbs. Three more pounds to go to target weight. Thanks to MFS and supporters.

OOOPS!!! Major typo. Nobody catch it? Should have been 186 lbs, not 286. A drop like that would have killed me.
