Well, I had a loss today. Yeah! But I feel like junk. Staying on my eating plan good this week. But yesterday, as I was feeling good, cleaned my porch, worked in the yard, put down mulch and accomplished much. My arthritic hip is aching today. As you can guess, I am an old fart. So today will be an easy day. Have a nice Memorial day weekend.
