Only recording my weight loss here weekly. I yoyo up and down daily. My week was not good as I did not follow my low carb plan very well. but still showed a small loss. Too much eating out. And went to Cracker Barrell one day and are those corn muffins. So on to a better week.

fluctuations are normal they happen to everyone, that’s not yo yo dieting. 😉

That just goes to show u carbs are not the enemy, overeating is the enemy 😉

Just keep working on it n watch it become ur normal way of eating. Never forget how far u come, look at old photos.... that keeps me on check
