week 14 and I am through my first trimester. I have been VERY lax this past month or so and need to get back on track. Thanks to a grocery trip yesterday I think I am moving in the right direction. I packed healthy snacks and lunch today, and I have something healthy to make for dinner. It is AMAZING what not having any food in your home can do. I hadnt been shopping in about a month, so every night was ordering out and lunch out and I was NOT making healthy choices. It was insane...
Feeling much better about this month though. Plenty of fruits and veggies available now that we went shopping.
They say I should have more energy this trimester too, so hopefully i can get back into some type of exercise routine! I need to start something ...
