Seeing 11 stone 7 (-and a quarter) on the scales this morning has proved that if I try hard I can do this !
I have lost half a stone
so if I can just work and do this six more times then I will be at 8:30 stone and then another two god to get down to my perfect weight off 7:30 stone !!!!
I WILL DO THIS!
