Well I think I am finally done with the surgery and infections. The hole under my arm is finally healing, done with meds today! I am showing signs of Kidney stones forming again, so I will have to watch how and what I eat! I decieded to step on the scale and HOLY COW I have gained quite a bit! So back to "induction" again! One of the worst parts about this is that I have to stay away from spinich, the Dr. says I eat too much and that aids in my stone formation! So I guess it's back to romain! HAVE A GREAT DAY ALL!

I have read high protein diets (like Atkins) are really hard on the kidneys and liver. Has your doctor ever mentioned that to you? I hope you are feeling better soon.

Thank you, YES he did, he gave me a list of foods to avoid and foods to go easy on. I still think I can make it work! I feel the best when I am high protein and low carb. Carbs seem to bog me down and I am less productive and every aspect. I just have to be smart and choose my foods according to the Dr's list. I am hoping that works! I guess we will see in time.
