BS is up. traveled to VA. I did good. They ate Pho and I ate grilled salmon with steamed vegetables. They ate Ramen and I ate chicken and eggs. We had Popeyes and I only ate the chicken with the breading removed. I ate slim jims, cream cheese, hard salami, pork rinds in the car. Lots of sparkling water, unsweet tea and coffee. A bit discouraged, but it is what it is. Oh, and I had salad a couple of times.
