Do not know why the scale is not my friend! I should be down to 230 by now and it keeps putting me around the 232-233 mark? At least it is going down by not by much each week. I still feel better, my workouts are longer and I am definitely stronger now, but darn it is disappointing hoping to get on and see improvement in numbers and it is only 1/2 pound? Oh well life is good today and I can choose to stress on it or move on? So moving on to brighter thoughts, it is finally spring here and starting to warm up nicely so I can get out and walk without a jacket yeah!!!

keep up the good work. will the "scale" ever be our friend? Who knows but I don't think so. :) the number on the scale should not be as important as our health. that is what I am trying to learn. hope U have a great day! U have a plan and it's working!
