Busy day. Ate heaps of fat and protein. Abdominal fat loss finally stopped. Just in time for more long hikes this Sunday. Saturday the boy and I hit the courts and a b-day party. I’ll steal away to check out a nearby dispensary that is budget priced. Off to 🛏
