ok day 1 of the 4 day diet. I have done this one in the past and it does work. Not as much comes off as it 'promises' of course, but I does get me back in the swing of things. Only thing I don't care for is that it doesn't allow eating between meals and you must eat what is exactly on the plan. But hey, that is a good think for an obsessive compulsive like me! I thought I posted this one as a 'favorite' meal plan, but don't see it here. So I'll post the complete one over the weekend as 'favorite' so I have it on this site for future use also. I'll try to get here each day this week, but work has been crazy and might miss a day. But I REALLY need to be here! take care to ALL :-) Joyce
