Made it through most of the day on track. Stumbled on pasta salad and merlot late in the day...they were great, but threw me off. Today is a new day to atone!! Have a great day everyone :)

I agree, a stumble is not a fall...stumbling is something that all of us do from time to time. I am sure that after the little stumble you will be more careful with your footing when the next occasion arises. You are doing well and before you know it, you will be back and in shape.
