I got a loss... But a bit disappointed it wasn't more. Q was hoping for 1.5kg and got 0.5kg.ive had a really good week. A couple of tiny blips but nothing more. My appetite has dramatically decreased and most days I was having a mid morning snack and lunch only purely because I wasn't hungry (lots of coffees though). Oh well. Here's onto week 3 and working towards my goal of 1.5kg lost in a week. Xx

Really pleased with my weigh in today. A short 6 days from my last weigh in and a fab 4.8lb loss. I had a little blip in the week but that was all. Week 1 done and ready for the second week. How's every one else getting on? Xx

Day 1 of restart yesterday. I was expecting to have gained. I've had a while off plan. I guess getting on the scales was sobering. Anyway. Yesterday on the whole went well. Other than some juice I stuck to this way of eating. I only really had 1 meal which was a was a small warm onion, aubergine and brie salad. I later snacked on some cheese. Didn't feel too hungry so that is a bonus. Day 2 today, back to work after the Christmas break. Let's do this!

No breakfast today. Creamy beef and veg for lunch, tandoori chicken, roasted pumpkin, onion and pakchoy for dinner followed by a keto pudding. Happy tum 😊
