Weight down, but muscles don't feel or look full. I think fatigue got the best of me and the volume is too high... not number of sets, but intensity/weight. MMC for pull yesterday was great. Got 8k+ steps. Almost had a skinny fat appearance. I think I just need rest and recovery and then dial it down next week... at least that's what I think I hear my body telling me. 7+ hours of sleep and I'm still tired.
Played a little soccer with webs before practice. I'm so proud of him. It's been great to watch him grow. He's so hard on himself because he's not the best and hasn't been playing since he was 6. He gets better everytime we play around and I push him to try new things outside his comfort zone. I should maybe back off a bit... I just want to see him excel.

Back on my grind. Looking good. Fat shrinking and skin tightening. Abs are the most visible they've been in probably 20 years. Had the extra calories from the cheats and hit legs pretty damn well. 7 hours sleep and I'm still pretty fatigued... Maybe after coffee and time I'll be ready for a light push day... won't be going into the red zone. Unfortunately, I don't know how to give anything less than 100. Great problems to have.

Late night snacks. Cleaner cheat days are over. Too much food in my gut. Had my fun, now back on the grind. Not beating myself up. Had to be normal again. 3 more weeks. You can do it.

Controlled cheat last night. Sorry/not sorry. Rest day yesterday. 9-10 hours sleep. Didn't go that crazy. Still very visibly on track.
I absolutely understand now how it's easier to maintain once I get there, and why real cuts aren't sustainable, and why they should only last 8-12 weeks. Looking forward to maintenance in June.
only problem with PPL is I have no desire to go to the gym today. Should be doing legs, but damn...
