I am still between 164 and 165 pounds asnd I think I am going to tryt to STAY here at this weight plus or minus 1 pound either way. My appetite is not ravenous any more and I have pretty well got my diabetes under control No longer taking any medication for it and blood sugar is 90 to 100 every day, my blood pressure is GREAT, my blood oxygen level is great in the day time and at night I sleep with oxygen.


I did fall about a month ago and broke 3 ribs but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the texts they ran discovered a large gall stone that I had to have removed so I have had a month of pain and pain pills which constipate you so have been trying to get my belly back working right.

I went to my primary care doctor and she did blood tests on me and EVERYTHING IS GREAT RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE. i just turned 74 this week so I think all together I am doing great for an old woman. My low sodium diet has kept my feet from swelling and the blood pressure is great so being a compliant patient works.

Since I am checking my legs daily for edema (swelling) I am finding that I can actually eat some pizza once in a while or other thing with some salt in it as long as I do not do it 2 days in a row.

I am making smooties out of 3 chopped frozen bananas, some vanilla flavoring, 1/3 cup of dry milk powder, and not quite 1/3 cup stevia and cover the whole thing with water and blend and it is like ice cream you can add other fruit too if you wish.
