I have gone so far from where I need to be I am not even sure how to start anymore. I know I am stress eatting by have no idea how to stop. I am now living with my parents and my mom buys tons of junk food. So, even when I say I am not going to buy anything junky or bad, my mom fills that void. Every time I go into the kitchen there is TONS of temptation and the stress has weakened my will. I got motivated and for an entire week I was on par and I lost weight, but then I fell off the wagon hard. From a new baby, to my husband's job loss, to moving out our house and into my parents it been a stressful year. I am at a loss and I am not talking weight.

I gained .2 lbs, but it is the first time in 2 months where I didn't gain 1 lb or more. That isn't really progress but I like to pertend it is. I didn't start taking anything seriously until this weekend, and it was hard to undo what I had done the rest of the week. I will get this under control, I really have to if I want to be healthy and stop setting such a terrible example for my girls. I have 6 weeks until my parents arrive, I want to loose 15 lbs and I think it is doable if I start actuallying doing what I am suposed to do and stop making excuses.

Hello, my name is Mimi and I am emotional eater. 2010 was a pretty bad year for me and I am hoping to make 2011 a year of change. I want to loose this weight and take off the 10 pounds I gained back over the Nov. and Dec. holidays. If I want to this there is not better way then to just jump in an do it. You just have to start, but I am on some seriously shaky ground.
