Remember how I said I was going to go back to the gym? I don't think I have been since I wrote my last journal entry. Definitely not anytime in may that's for sure. I used to go 4 days a week. At least I was out there doing something. If only I had seen any progress then it would have kept me going strong but nothing. It's not that I'm going to give up but I see everyone else losing weight and I can't help but feel like I will be fat for the rest of my life. I know that's an awful way to think about things but it's hard not to sometimes you know? Just a little bit of progress to show me that it wasn't all a big wast of time would be wicked.

Now that that rants out of the way I think I am going to try to go tomorrow. The one thing that I do like about the gym is that I like that I can kind of see my arms getting a little bit toned. My big arms seem to be partially genetics as all the women in my family have them so it has always been an extra sore spot in my body image because i feel like it is pre ordained you know? That's life though i guess!

I think my goal for this week is going to be to get right back into 4 days a week which of course means finding dates that work for me that I will actually go to. Part of it is the fact that my sister is off in israel for two weeks and i don't like going to aquafit without her. I dropped hip hop because it really wasn't any fun for me anymore but this also affects after hip hop where i would have normally done another hour of exercise. I would also like to do my treadmill/weights routine in the morning before work instead of night seeing as I always get too pumped after exercise. I hear this is good as well to get your metabolism going? We'll see! Gonna give it another go and see what happens!
