Had a doctor's appointment and actually saw the Dr instead of the Nurse Assistant. I like both of them.
Had to tell them that the other personalities are interfering with compliance on med taking and checking the blood glucose.
I am now at 201 lbs - down from 215. So that feels like a win - slow loss.
I don't fit into the 3x now and the 2x are already baggy on me.

I need to get a way to consolidate what I have to do for Diabetes, Hypothyroid, Fibromyalgia and High Cholesterol. I need to make it be in 1 place to track Carbs and Proteins and portions. Whatever I do has to work with all of the challenges. It also has to be in one place to record what is going on.

I got to a thrift store and there was a sold wood w padded seat chair - so I bought it so that I can do seated exercises. I have some saved on the computer and some on DVDs to play.

I had a high fish day - took my body to a chinese buffet and was able to have tilapia, salmon, some bacon wrapped shrimp, some seafood saute and muscles - had stir-fry green beans and onions.

I was out all day so I got very tired - 2 spoons left after the NA meeting.
