I've been away from this sight. Now I have been on a medically monitored weight loss program I am now on their maintainance program. I am still working with them but not on the strict liquid diet. I did loose weight on the strict diet, it was 800 cal. with only 50 grams of carbs. Watching the carbs really helped. There focus is to keep the calories low. I still feel the low carb is also very helpfull on the weight loss.
I am now at 190. I dropped to 175 but have been struggling. I have had the slow creap. I started to exercise again and feel better when I do exercise it is just getting into the routine that is difficult.

Well I have fallen totally off the wagon! Darn it. I was doing so well. I have lost track of everything. I just don't deal with my stress well. I have to develop some set in stone routines to help myself. It is hard because I don't stay on my routines.
Ok, I just need to stop complaining and get on the stick.

Have been sick and stressed at work. Have to get back onto the program. Just do it.

Fell apart for a few days with the move of my classroom. Stressed out and fell into the same old habits of eating when stressed. I didn't have time to work out but tried to at least eat the low carb way for breakfast and lunch....at school. That helped. The binging on sugar was beginning to get to me but I pulled back and I am feeling beter.. I am back on track! Yippee. I have also started to loose weight again. That always helps.
I take the Atkins bars to school and veggies cut up to snack on . That does help with the nervous eating and hunger around 4pm. Eating a snack at 4-5pm every day has helped me with not going crazy with the nibbling. :)

Made it through the summer and did pretty well. I am probably what I would consider OWL with a bit of Induction. I am trying to stay close to the Induction foods while I loose my weight. I have started back to school (teaching) and I have to work into a new routine with eating and exercising. I am having a hard time fitting in the exercise, but I will figure it out. I feel good about my progress. I just have to keep going.
