Well team I am back I have not eaten well or worked out at all last week. My mom is deathly ill and we did not think she was going to make it pass this weekend. Thank God, she is still here. I am going to try to work out and eat better this week. Mom is still in the hospital. I am going to try to take at least an hour to work out and eat better throughout the day when I am at work. You know how nasty hospital food is and that is all there have around is junk food. I hope they have some type of salad or beans to fit into the diet. Today is my first official day on the FS. Keep my mom in your prayers.

Hi Fatsecrets, Well I am busted and disgusted. I weighted yesterday and it showed that I gained 5 pounds. I know that muscle weights more than fat but this are crazy. I have not officially started on the diet, but I have cut back drastically and working out like crazy. I hope this is not a trend. I do not want to get discourage but with weight gains like this it would be easy to get off track.

I just wanted to say
GREAT
Job to everyone that is sticking to his or her diets and exercise. However, to the ones that are having a hard time doing either I really want to give you a pat on the back and say do not give up. We will get over the mountain. :) Yesterday I went to my treading class and I was so dead after all that I had done all I could do was some crunches. I went home cooked dinner and fell out watching American Idol. :(
