Went running again for the first time in like 8 months. Why do I do this to myself again? 8 months without physical activity. No wonder I gained weight. I registered for my yearly Half Marathon run. This time I am doing Long Beach Half Marathon. I ran 2 miles yesterday. I was pretty tired and weak, but I know I will gain more and more endurance and strength with time. Weather was good for a run yesterday. It seems sunny right now but hopefully not to hot for 4:00 p.m.. My run time again.

I'm back. Yes back to the beginning. Back to being fat and mad that I let this happen again. After all my hard work and maintaining my weight for a while, I'm back unhappy because nothing fits. I mean nothing. I refuse to start a new wardrobe.

Still feeling motivated and running (Alot) feeling good. Very energized. Can't wait to increase my speed cause I am slow......

Sooo I have slacked off for a long time. I have been terrible. Horrible, somebody please tell me I deserve the 8 lbs. I have gained. I want to weigh 128 again. I want to feel a flat belly again. I have no excuse, I can blame Starbucks and those stupid raspberry mochas with whipped cream. They are my partner in crime....
Well I am back at it and am feeling motivated. I signed up for another Half Marathon yesterday. It takes place in June. I know I can do it. I am focused and am running. This Saturday I am shooting for 4 miles. I will be increasing a mile each Saturday and running 3 times during the week for 30-45 minutes in preperation. I can do this.... I can fit into those lovely Hudson jeans in my closet that I absolutely love but can't get my butt to make room for....
