a few meals not written down and back to 150 andgtateful to be there. Losing weight is tricky business when you are sedentary and occasionally eat from "yens" and boredom. Giving in to biscuits and cream gravy isn't good either.

So grateful 149 is still showing up on my scale. Writing down exactly what I eat, controlling appetite by not eating when I have a yen, being as active as I can, all add up, no I mean, down, to a lower weight. So glad this is working. Eating all that cheese and nut bread daily, I was stuck on an escallator up although the calories seemed okay, it did leave me quite hungry by 4 p.m. and that was about whn the dangerous eating occured.

Hurray, edging in 149, blood sugar low despite some vague lower tummy pains 8/3 and 4, 106. Sticking to my diet, staying under my weight loss limit of 1200 has really paid off. Of course, being sick last week and now having blunted appetite helped too.

Still 150, blood sugar today 103. Blunted appetite. Putting bnack half of my breakfast, could not finish it. So glad to get off the bloated, gaining kind of track. Think the breakfast I was eating, 200 calories of cheese, 100 calories of nut bread, was just too much fat. It seemed to set me up to gain and somehow I couldnot get calories all entered, too hungry later in day.

Another day to be grateful that calories in, calories out works! Now I weigh 150. Blood sugar 104. Yay. Clothes not looser yet, but they didn't really tighten upthat much when i was 3 lbs more. Writing down every bite is my, so-far, successful strategy. Plateaus happen but as long as I stay away from excessive salt and wheat, weight loss seems pretty clearly linked to calories intake. Unfortunately, at my height and inactivity level, 1200 is my limit to make sure I actually lose.
