You know, the first week or so I was really into this...
But I am weak or something. I keep going back to my old eating ways so easy.
I've kept to walking everyday but I ate bad if that makes sense?
And what makes it worse is I twisted and banged my ankle up really badly today and it's hard to bend at all. I'm leaving for vacation next week so I think I'm gonna let it heal up, go on my trip and try to just eat moderate.
When I come back I am gonna try my hardest to get into shape, I just am a very impatient person who wants instant results. At least I can admit that.
Anyway, I am gonna get ready for bed.

I screwed up big time yesterday.

Day 3...
And it's gone pretty well today. Walked about 3 miles with a friend at a nearby park and it was a lot of fun,yeah.
Though.... today was kind of a cheat day and I regret nothing. I had Zaxby's but I switched out a few things for healthier items.
I am hoping I can lose at least 10 pounds before I leave for vacation.

It begins today!
Yesterday I slightly gorged myself on Pizza, Pepsi (How depressing I couldn't get my hands on Coca Cola) and cookies.
I don't feel to bad about eating that way at least because the past week I've been walking and watching what I eat.. I just felt like I needed to get that out of my system yesterday though. Pizza is just to tempting sometimes (not anymore at least).
My biggest problem with this will be fact that when I start to feel hungry and want a snack, I can't just get one. I should drink a glass of water instead and well, who wants water for a snack? I also eat because I am bored... a lot. Hopefully this will get me out more and help me physically and mentally with that.
One good thing to know about this is that I am not alone. I have at least one other doing this with me (and all of you!). It's gonna be a long road but I won't have any regrets.

A friend of mine just linked me to this site and I think it would probably help me in my goal to lose weight.
I am easily discouraged when it comes to this but this time I really want to push myself to get in shape.
I am starting at 275Ib (Lost 5Ib in the past few days, which is awesome for me).
So yep.. Here we go.
