Same ole same ole... no change. Of course, how can I change if I'm not trying. I'm still playing arena soccer on Sunday's but that's only enough to keep my weight stable. I really need to get out and do more exercise. I did yard work for 2 hours last week to get it ready for Halloween decorations. I really just wanted to be outside after getting up 5 mornings at 3/4am with my youngest daughter with double ear infections. I also got sick with a bad cough which is why I didn't check in last week.

Lacrosse and cross country are over for two of my kids so that's a few less activities out of my schedule. PTO has slowed down heading into the holiday season... maybe I will be able to focus on me. Let's hope so or I won't be able to get this weight off.

Good luck to everyone on this candy crazy holiday.
My kids get to keep number of pieces of candy that equal their age plus one, then the rest gets donated for the troops. Keeps all of us from eating too much. I may keep what's equal to 20% of my age, we'll see????

No change this week, again I guess I can say that's good news. I know what I need to do but having a hard time following through.

Given the extracurricular activities my children are involved in and my husband's busy work/Navy schedule, I need to quit the elementary school PTO board. It's taking all my free time and I'm not focusing on me and I so need to be in order to loss this weight. I'm not personally getting much enjoy from being on PTO and felt very micromanaged for a position I don't get paid for. But I feel like I could really damage the image of the PTO, since I have a position directly linked to volunteer recruitment, if I quit. I'm NOT bragging just stating a fact that I've done/do a lot for PTO. I also want to guarantee a good teacher for my children to in the next school year. UGH! What do I do? At least I'm still playing arena soccer on Sunday.
