Overall cardio... 1 hour zumba class. Ate more then usual. Wondering tonight about new things to include daily. 1. Moderation.... Less is more. 2. Exercises or breathing tips I could try because I sit soooooooo very much on a day like today. 3. More water. 4. If there are sites that I could learn more zumba dance steps.(work on my coordination). 5. Chin up!!!!

It's been a long break from this site... I have more experience. The gym membership, now it is months later, I feel better that it has managed it's way into my life. I changed my diet. It does included juicing on a regular if not daily basis. Still I am at a loss about how the body, food, exercise relationship functions. In theory, better food, regular exercise meant weight loss and more tone. Hmmmmm, this isn't happening for me yet. I think to keep going and maybe I can better utilize this site now knowing I did come this far, hopefully in the months to come I can find the path to where I wish, hope to become. My main goals: strengthen core in order to help alleviate lower pain coming from sitting so many hours in a given work day. Weight loss, muscle tone. I seek a whole healthy approach.
