It's rather disheartening to pour your heart out only to have all your thoughts vanish. Somewhere out in cyberspace are my thoughts and feelings and I don't feel like a repeat. So here in a nutshell for today... 1. My blood sugar levels are coming way down. Mornings I was getting 185- 249 😳😳 This morning it was 158. Not where I want it but far cry from where it's been. Yesterday afternoon it was 106. That's more in line where it should be. Hopefully the 20lbs I regained over the last year and a half will dissolve easily and I can continue down that road. Between Covid 19 and here recently a break in my right arm... I lost control of my diet and driving soooo since doing better with my right arm I can now regain my own control of foods to get me back on track. People that don't have T2D don't seem to understand what's at risk. Especially those closest to you. It's nice to have control back!
