Despite not feeling well a lot of the time, or being quite tired I am managing to stay on track quite well. I'm pleased!

Stress in daily life sure doesn't help. Stress can affect people and show up as weight loss and also as weight gain. Have to find ways to reduce stress. It's not easy.

Well, yesterday was busy, we were looking at open houses, since we are planning to sell our home and buy another, make a profit, become debt free and prepared for the retirement years, which aren't far off. Not sure what's up for today, but weekends occupy my time doing things with Jim and/or family.
It's time for breakfast and then the treadmill!

Maybe some of you want to know where I'm from! Well, I could say all over the place, since I have lived coast to coast in Canada, but currently I live in southeastern Ontario, Canada. It's great here! We live about 10 miles north of Lake Ontario, so Jim and I spend a lot of time fishing for walleye (pickerel). There are lots of lakes here and we also fish for bass, when the mood hits us. The area here is beautiful, with lots of mixed forest and fresh air. Jim and I both enjoy golfing too. There are lots of golf courses and each year we take a week off, set up our camper and then we do a golf tour, playing a different course each day. It's so much fun!
I have three kids and Jim has two kids, so together (21 years now) we have the five kids, their five spouses, and a total of seven grand children. We're young grandparents, I'll be 60 in May and Jim will be 57 in April. Yeah, yeah, I robbed the cradle! hahaha! I'm serious, Jim can sure act like a baby sometimes! J/K but what the heck, made you laugh!
Oh! I have two cats too. Peaches is a calico cat and she is nearly five years old now. Smokey is a long haired all gray four year old fella. They are lovely pets and bring a lot of joy to us. My mom, who is 89 has been living with us for almost 13 years now, ever since my dad died. It can put a strain on things, but the joy is that she is here, safe, loved, protected and she is happy. :)
