- Had reg 2 coffees w milk and a tich of honey...
-1 soft boiled egg
-1 toast
-1 tofu/salad wrap & kale coleslaw

I feel so frustrated that I went backwards. Either I did weigh in initially somewhat dehydrated or I need to weigh portions and increase vigor of workouts and vary them again. I DO know what to do as I used to row lighweight, but obviously age and lack of consistancy has made my body horde; I need to be even more self-disciplined and say on it!!! Arghghghg!

Well...went camping for a couple of days and really was careful bringing healthy food for the group- me and 4 teens...they brought some junk and I did have a few bacho chips but other than that, I munched on carrots and celery and was only really ravenous after hiking and swimming up the river through potholes and jumping off banks for a grand total of 3 hours. Did the same yesterday on a different part of the river and was pleased to be ahead of the teens most of the time (I used to be a competitive swimmer). Ate well and healthily for the duration but did succumb to a piece of homemade meringe pie en route home!

Well- it is probably water loss, but the hikes, swims and yoga seem to be paying off...I filled the fridge w veggies & fruits & fave 0% Greek yogurt. Felt fab going to bed yesterday. I know once I get into the rythym, I can do this! Go me!
