Been a hard week fighting food cravings and feeling jittery (a 500 cal diet will do that I guess) but I finally lost a bit. I woke up really really strange feeling, and although I wasn't hungry, my body definitely needed some food...Like a real meal! The weekend is coming, and I take a break from counting cals usually, and hit it harder on week days, but definitely gotta be careful! Feed the body when it tells you to, and when it's not hungry, but your brain wants you to eat (cuz brains are little devils) you've gotta slam some water, chew gum, or find another alternative and teach yourself discipline! Keep fighting! ♥

Stopped counting calories for approximately two months now due to the pressures of exams/essays that I was on a mission to finish. Things got a little hectic, and even though I wasn't counting, I still tried to eat a simple diet of two smoothies a day and a tuna salad for dinner. That was somewhat dangerous as smoothies can be a drinkable cup of pure fruit sugar if your not being careful. I wasn't exactly great at being careful unfortunately. I stopped the smoothie thing entirely and have focused on nuts, seeds, and fish. I work out for almost an hour everyday, and trust me...it's amazing what you can get done in an hour. I'm drenched in sweat afterwards and I feel good about the progress on abs, arms,and legs.
This week I intend to focus on a diet similar to the hgc diet, to focus on those few pounds I'd like off and also to become more leaner. One thing definitely significant I've completely cut out, is dairy. It's evil and literally put's a pound on everytime I have any. Just not for me.
I'll slay my pescetarian life, and you slay the journey your on!

Been working out a ton and focusing on eating more protein. Gained a ton of muscle weight over the past few months. Don't know if I'm cool with this or not.
