Hello FS friends, after some advice/experience really.... I was told just before lockdown that I was pre-diabetic and that really gave me the kick up the arse I needed to start shifting some weight. Since the start of 2020, I have post 2st3lbs, which is a huge achievement and I'm really pleased, BUT, I seem to have lost my mojo and motivation. I'm not pigging out per say, but am not being as careful as I should be and the scales are showing it, rightly so. I don't know if its a combination of lockdown, the weather, work rearing its ugly ahead again next week or just I'm programmed to fail. If anyone has any advice or went through similar but came out the other side, I would be very grateful to hear from you. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I really want to get back on track and prove to myself that I can lose the same again over the next 6months and reverse my pre-diabetic diagnosis! x
