Didn't have a good week as far as my food choices; traveling for work made it difficult to plan and i only worked out two days, but I'm down almost 1 pound since last Sunday so that put a smile on my face. I hope to do better this week.

It's been a rough few months.. first time in years that I've struggled through the holidays, but some health issues prevented me from working out as much as I like. Overeating, over indulging in sweets, and not going to the gym has started to catch up with me. So, today I will restart my journey. I started this journey years ago weighing 150 lbs. Somewhere between 120 and 125 lbs is my ideal weight. Currently at 131.6. I've gotten uncomfortable in my clothes and feel so out of shape. I need to lose 5 to 10 lbs, which may not be much to most people, but it makes a world of a difference for me. Being short (5'2"), it only takes a few pounds to notice a big difference. I just need to make better eating choices and start working out again so the pounds dont keep adding on.

Had a bad yesterday.. was craving sweets and whatever I ate wasn't satisfying, which resulted in over-eating. I didn't log everything I ate out of fear of what the calories would be. Starting fresh today..
