Less than 150 grams of carbs today better but not at or below 100 grams/day. The Chick peas put me over the edge, but they boosted my protien intake.

The "fit over 40" class was intense yesterday morning and I can feel it now, mostly in my abs and legs. That will be the last class as they are going to be charging $360.00/month x 3 months. I just do not have that kind of extra money right now. Currently I am struggling to pay the $100.00/month for my Pilates class. I know it will definitly boost my fitness level and workouts to join so maybe if I get a big enough tax return in spring to pay for some personal training or the fit over 40 class.

As predicted my roommate was upset with the letter I gave her on Thursday night. She almost had a panic attack because of it. She brought it all up just before I was going to go to bed and got me all upset so that I only got a few hours of sleep before having to go back to work again. But then when I got up and just before I left she gave me a hug and said we would work it out--she is exhausting.

136 grams of carbs today. I am consistently under 150 grams this week which is great compared to where I was. My goal is still 100 grams or less/day.

Pilates yesterday was a challenge! My abs are still tender! I so enjoy this class. I have been attending "Fit over 40" a new class at the gym which is geared for functional fitness and core strength, which I have also enjoyed however I think they were just offering a few classes as a teaser and then if we want to continue with the class we would have to pay the group training pricing. Unfortuanately I cannont afford to pay that right now when I am already paying for my Pilates class ontop of my membership. We will see what they say when we have class this morning. I am going to have a busy morning work until 0730 then my psych appointment at 0900-1000 then chiropractor from 1030-1100 and the "Fit over 40" class at 1100-1200. I will then rush home to hopefully get some sleep before going back to work at 2200. I will weigh in and get my body fat% done while at the gym today.

I gave my roommate a letter detailing that I want her to start paying half of the Utility bills (she has been living with me rent free for over 2 years). I do not know how this will go over. She has probably been up all night crying and worrying. It has taken me this long to give her a letter like this because I do not want to deal with the tears and drama that will come along with it. However it needed to be said-I have complained enough to those around me that they are sick of hearing about her I'm sure.

Less than 50 grams of carbs over my goal of 100 grams/day. I feel good with that! This meal planning ahead of time thing is going well.

I am going to attend my "Fit Over 40" exercise class today at 1100 and hopefully 0830 Yoga on Wednesday and My Pilates class on Thursday at 1000. This week I work Sun, Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat. nights. I am trying to pick up shifts to get some extra $$$.

I wrote my roomate a letter requesting that she start paying half of the utilities and getting rides from "Metro-Moblitity" for her medical appointments. I will still be her back up ride but she needs to be more self sufficient. I am getting wore down after 2+ years of driving her everywhere and her not paying anything towards rent/utilities. I do own my townhome but it is a struggle thus the picking up of shifts. My friends at work say it is about time that I put my foot down and give her some tuff love. We have been friends for over 30 years. I will give her the letter on Thursday before I leave for work that way she can perculate on it and get her crying fit over with while I am at work. I do not like confrontation and she is going to be an emotional wreck! Hopefully this will alieviate some of my stress and help move in the direction I am attempting to achieve with my diet/fitness plan and goals. Wish me luck.

So far my carbs are well below my goal of 100grams/day:) Eating just lean protein and nonstarchy vegies is the ticket! Now that I am cooking for myself again and Andrea has divided the fridge/freezers into sections for each of us, it will be easier to keep my carbs down as I will have the choice to use starchy vegies or not.

I will not attend Aqua in the morning as I have my period and I am low on gas in the car. Hopefully I can make it last until Friday when I get paid as I have no $$ in my account and just $2 cash.

The wedding on Saturday was nice and fun, getting together with Katie, Paul, Phil, Renee, and Mom & Dad along with various other releatives. The bride was beautiful and shaking like a leaf! It was the first time I was at a wedding at the Chanhassen Dinner Theater, it was beautiful and romantic with all the tinkling lights.
