Today, I am going to the Gym....First time in a month...bought a new book called Body confidence....It instructs you to eat 5 times a day....Only on chapter 1 so far,....And, just eating healthier....today for lunch I had a Quinoa salad that was created by my nephews girlfriend Allie, who is a nutritionist...Watch for it on my Recipe Website at www.2sistersrecipes.com

I am now trying to eat all of the healthy recipes on my very own website..Its great to experiment with new replacement ingredients. You never know what you're going to get. Last night I made a baked chicken, instead of frying...by using extra virgin olive oil and WHOLE wheat breadcrumbs instead of plain, and it completely changed the flavor. It was delicious. I posted it on my blog at: www.2sistersrecipes.com, try it out and let me know what you think...Oh and we're still working on the nutritional values, so please be patient.

Hi Everyone,
just wanted to share my new blog that was started with my sister and I to preserve our mothers Italian recipes...Now that they're on the internet they will be there forever! However, many changes have been made to our moms recipes to make them healtier and low cal. This is still a work in progress, so although we lowered the fat and calorie content, we have not progressed to the point of providing you with all of the nutritional content. But, I promise it will be soon...
Please let me know if you make any of our recipes.
