I used to struggle to do 5 minutes on the stair machine. Today I did 40 (at a slow pace) and began to contemplate what kind of workouts I'll do when I reach my goal weight. It's good to dream.

Another first: jogged 5 miles without stopping! Total about 65 minutes. Go me! Never thought this possible.

The last three days I have seriously feasted. I'm at home with mom, doing all the soothing things. I've also kept up my exercise. Excited to get back to the gym routine and more salads, though lol. It's the first time that I've had a "setback" and not felt guilty or discouraged. Growth is occurring, y'all!! 😉

It'll be a little tougher to keep up the routine this week, as I'm visiting my mom and there's not a branch of my gym here. Fortunately she has a treadmill and a walkable neighborhood. :) I'll do my best!
